감사함과 평화로 물들여진 품성

우리가 찾고 품고 길러야 할 모든 것 가운데서 순결한 마음, 감사함과 평화로 물들여진 품성만큼 하나님 보기에 귀중한 것은 아무 것도 없다. -교회증언 4권, 559.

A Disposition Imbued With Thankfulness and Peace

Of all things that are sought, cherished, and cultivated, there is nothing so valuable in the sight of God as a pure heart, a disposition imbued with thankfulness and peace. --4T 559.

Disposition Not Changed by Resurrection.--If you would be a saint in heaven, you must first be a saint on earth. The traits of character you cherish in life will not be changed by death or by the resurrection. You will come up from the grave with the same disposition you manifested in your home and in society. --AH 16.
